Established in 1985 as Whybrow Property and Financial Services by Roger Whybrow FRICS, the Company was sold to Halifax Building Society in 1989 and then acquired back by the Directors in 1992, since then we have remained fully independent.
Operating then as Whybrow Riches and Dodds, we rebranded as Whybrow Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants in 1999 operating from period offices in central Colchester, close to the Mercury Theatre until 2012.
Following the end of our lease, the business then took the opportunity to acquire two adjoining offices extending to 4,000sq.ft with on site parking in a modern business park development at De Grey Square. Close to Colchester Business Park and with direct access to the A12 and the town centre, these premises offer a high quality open plan working environment and support accommodation including a large Boardroom.
